General terms and conditions for purchasing online vouchers

Conditions of purchase and subject matter of the contract

The contract is signed with Ullr House Alber GmbH completed and comes about with the payment of the voucher.

Order

The order takes place in the voucher shop on our homepage and is paid for by instant transfer, credit card or advance transfer. The paid voucher is sent by email and can be printed out immediately. Upon request, the voucher can also be sent by post for a fee. No liability is accepted for late delivery by post. The vouchers are provided with a unique barcode, which is required to redeem the voucher. The customer is responsible for storing and handling the original voucher. We are not liable for misuse of the voucher template. In the event of loss, theft or improper use of vouchers, the amount cannot be refunded. If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the purchaser before we have received or credited the fee to be paid for this, the voucher will not be valid until full payment has been made. Ullr House Alber GmbH is entitled to withhold the services documented in the voucher until the fee owed for this has been paid in full. Should the Ullr House Alber GmbH have to close or give up for any reason, the vouchers expire without compensation. This is also the case if the company demonstrably changes hands. In such a case, the Ullr House Alber GmbH, the original issuer of the vouchers, cannot be used.

Prices and Products

The purchased or ordered vouchers can neither be partially nor fully redeemed in cash. If the consumption of vouchers is less than the value of the voucher, the beneficiary will receive a credit in the amount of the difference. In the case of vouchers, the issue of a sales tax-compliant invoice with corresponding tax proof can only take place at the time the voucher is redeemed and thus the actual service provision. Sales tax is included with package vouchers. The voucher is only valid once the amount due has been paid in full. Vouchers are subject to the general statutory limitation period. Package vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be redeemed during this period. If a package voucher is not consumed, the difference will be forfeited. In the event of a price adjustment in the period between purchase and redemption of the voucher, the difference to the currently valid service price must be paid. The articles and packages can change during the period of validity and / or differ from the information on the voucher. If the service of a voucher package is no longer offered by Ullr House Alber GmbH, the value of the voucher can be offset against another offer from Ullr House Alber GmbH. Each voucher can only be redeemed once.

Right of withdrawal

Vouchers, should they not meet your expectations, can be returned within 48 hours. The written declaration of cancellation must be sent within 48 hours from the date of issue. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised if the service has already started within this period. In the case of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, a replacement is not possible.

Security guarantee & data protection

Safety has the highest priority! Therefore, all personal data such as credit card number, name and address are transmitted over a protected SSL line when paying with credit cards. This makes sensitive data illegible in Internet traffic. In order to provide additional security in the voucher shop, a number of additional security measures are applied.
